Oh man do I feel SICK...I've had a sick tummy ALL night. I'm wondering if since those sugar cookies have an egg in them if I have salmonella poisoning??? I don't in the LEAST feel like eating...definatley NOT a symptom you want when you're "LOADING"...ugh!
As my rep said, LOADING will cause me to gain but she said I shouldn't be concerned as I should lose it pretty quickly...weigh 163 today.

My HCG (2011) Journey & 2016 Shape Reclaim Journey

I have never really had trouble with my weight until after the birth of my second child. I'm sure gaining 60 +pounds while awaiting for her arrival didn't help. The fact that I was in my 30's and 9 months after her arrival would begin to stay home which would attribute to a much more seditary life probably didn't help either. In recent years, the seditary lifestyle had begun to pack on more pounds than I could handle. I tried numerous amounts of things, dietary changes (cutting out sweets:), exercising, etc. Nothing worked, never would I lose more than 5 pounds and that was SO frustrating. In 2009 we were on a missons trip and someone there had just done HCG and was raving about it...that was my first exposure. Being the skeptic that I was...I never really gave it any thought. That is until I saw a photo of another girl that was on that same mission trip with us and how thin she was...I FREAKED out. Low and behold I found out that she had done HCG and I couldn't BELIEVE the results. Unfortunately, while her results were AWESOME, I still didn't become a "believer" in it for several months later. Around July - Sept 2010 I kept being exposed to people around me who were looking AMAZINGLY good and kept finding out that all of them had done or where doing HCG. Still not 100% ready to commit to it, I held on to my now 160+ pound self a bit longer. I ran into a girlfriend of mine who had been struggling with her weight too and she now looked FABULOUS...she had just dropped 17 pounds and I just couldn't believe it. While talking to her, I began getting emotional about my no longer being able to fit into my clothes and my weight was beginning to take a tole on me...I knew then as I was crying to her that HCG is what I had to "try" to do. If it didn't work then I didn't know WHAT I would do...thankfully, it did work and I'm a living testimony to the HCG protocol losing almost 17 pounds in my first round I am so thankful that I did it and thank God for it.
