You KNOW it's been a GREAT Thanksgiving when you have to have a steak day the next day!!! LOL - I was doing so good...it had been 12 whole days since my last steak day and yesterday I had a modified version. It's funny that I've had SO many of them now that I just modify them to my liking and it still works to get me to my "safe range" and that's ALL that matters to me!!!
