I am noticing the pounds come on more from starch type foods than from sweet type foods. Oh well - I wanted to see if this "Steak" day was ALL that it was cracked up to be. I woke up to the tune of 148.8 pounds so I will skip breakfast and lunch and have an apple & steak for dinner...this should reset my system and take me back to within my range. I'll let you know tomorrow.
So I've decided to take it as I'm fasting breakfast and lunch today...I'm not sure what the big deal would be if I had more than 1 apple.
