I really can NOT afford ANOTHER stall...I KNOW it's because I've got some sludge going on and need to get rid of it. I had a Smooth Move tea last night and will have another one tonight if I need to.
I have 3.6 pounds to go and only 2 days until I had planned to finish...thankfully I have 2 days built in to be done by my 40th birthday...it may be wise to NOT try to do the VLCD on Saturday without the HCG since we have so much going on that day. I'm praying that I remain STRONG with that day and during my maintenance.
We shall see...I really would like the last 3 pounds to come OFF of my thighs though!!! :)
